How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before shipping. Since many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout Canada, to the United States and internationally to select destinations.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates are:

Canada: $6 CAD oversized letter mail or $14.50 CAD tracked shipping
United States: $15 CAD flat rate
International: $25 CAD flat rate

Enjoy free tracked shipping on Canadian orders of $100 CAD or more.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Can I customize my jewelry?

Absolutely! Our Charm Bar allows you to create a necklace or bracelet that's uniquely yours.

Choose your chain, then personalize it with initials, birthstones, zodiac signs and meaningful charms.

What's the difference between the dainty and paperclip chains?

Our dainty chain features charms grouped together as a pendant. You can mix and match up to three charms at a time for a layered, personalized look.

Our paperclip chain allows charms to be positioned individually along the chain. Prefer a different arrangement? Simply leave us a note with your order.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry features a variety of materials, including 14K gold-filled, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, semi-precious gemstones and select plated metals.

Materials vary by design and are specified in each product listing.

What is Morse Code jewelry?

Our Morse Code Affirmation Collection transforms meaningful words and affirmations into a pattern of beads representing dots and dashes.

Each piece carries a hidden message, creating a personal reminder that can be worn every day.

Want to create your own message? We also offer custom Morse Code jewelry! Personalize your piece with a name, meaningful word or special message that's uniquely yours.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes! We offer custom sizing on select bracelets, necklaces and anklets.

If you require a specific length, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the available options.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.

Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a clean, dry place when not being worn.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on eligible unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

Personalized jewelry, custom Charm Bar creations and earrings are final sale for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible change-of-mind returns.

Do you offer permanent jewelry?

Yes! We offer permanent jewelry at select markets, private parties and special events.

Individual appointments may also be arranged upon request.

Can I book a private Charm Bar or Permanent Jewelry party?

Absolutely! Whether you're planning a birthday, bridal shower, girls' night or simply getting a few friends together, we'd love to bring the Bead Mindful Gems experience to you!

You don't need a big event to book us. Gather 5 or more friends for a permanent jewelry experience, and we'll come to you with no travel fee when the minimum purchase requirement is met.

It's a fun and convenient way to enjoy permanent jewelry together without having to book individual appointments or find us at a market.

Our Charm Bar is also available for private gatherings and special events.
