At Bead Mindful Gems, every piece is thoughtfully selected or created with intention. We take care in preparing each order and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

As many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer the following shipping options:

Oversized Letter Mail: $6 CAD (untracked)
Tracked Shipping: $14.50 CAD (estimated 3–9 business days)
Free Tracked Shipping: On Canadian orders of $100 CAD or more

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

United States Shipping

We offer shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $15 CAD.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping outside Canada and the United States for a flat rate of $25 CAD to eligible destinations.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with an eligible item, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, jewelry must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with its original packaging

Final Sale Items

Due to their personalized nature or hygiene considerations, the following items are final sale for change-of-mind returns:

Custom Charm Bar necklaces and bracelets
Personalized or custom-sized jewelry
Earrings
Permanent jewelry services

Final-sale exclusions do not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages sent without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund at no additional cost where required.
